Live, permission-filtered curriculum and resource records.

How the CRC works: approved contributors add a resource → submit it for review → an authorised HOD/Admin records a decision → approved resources are published only to the selected audience. Curated external links are clearly labelled and do not count as school uploads. The target is to keep roughly half of the visible catalogue for curated discovery and preserve the other half for approved school contributions.

Visibility Overview

Curriculum Library

Organise by country, authority, level, class, subject, session, term, topic, type, verification status + visibility (Staff/Dept/School/Student/Parent/Public). Do not fabricate official docs.

Schemes of Work

Week-by-week teaching plan. Visibility controls: Staff-only scheme may be available to teachers but not directly to students. Student revision worksheet may be student+parent without staff notes.

Teaching & Learning Resources

Lesson notes, worksheets, activities, guides, aids, presentations, diagrams, revision. Uploads validated, not executed. Visibility separate from approval.

Examination Preparation Resources

Tagged for WAEC, NECO, BECE, etc. Do not claim endorsement. Student-facing revision should be parent-visible too where appropriate.

Search & Filtering — Core Feature

Search across titles, descriptions, subjects, topics, metadata. Combines with visibility filtering per role.

Bookmarks are per-user, not ownership. Student and parent bookmarks separate. When Supabase auth available, binds to authenticated user.

Resource Submission & Approval

Workflow: Submit → Validate → Await Review → Approve/Reject → Publish/Return with visibility controls. Only authorised HOD/Admin can approve. Students/Parents cannot approve.

Approval changes are confirmed by Supabase. If submission or review fails, the returned error will be shown below; a failed action is not reported as successful.
